06 Sharing Your Personal Data

• Account and identity data: Retained for the duration of your account and for a minimum of five (5) years after account closure, as required by PAGCOR licensing conditions and anti-money laundering regulations.
• Transaction and financial records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction, in compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act.
• Gaming history: Retained for a minimum of three (3) years from the date of the session, as required by PAGCOR.
• Customer support communications: Retained for two (2) years from the date of the last interaction, unless the content relates to an active dispute or legal matter.
• Technical and analytics data: Retained in anonymised or aggregated form for up to two (2) years for Platform improvement purposes.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or irreversibly anonymised. Where data must be retained for longer periods due to an active legal dispute, investigation, or regulatory requirement, we will retain only what is strictly necessary for those purposes.

10 Children & Minors

The 90jil Platform is strictly intended for individuals who are at least 21 years of age, in accordance with the minimum age requirement for casino-style gaming under Philippine law. 90jil does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under the age of 21.

If we become aware that a minor has registered an account or provided personal data to 90jil without the knowledge or consent of a parent or guardian, we will take immediate steps to delete the data and close the account. Any winnings or bonuses associated with a minor's account will be forfeited.

11 International Data Transfers

12 Updates to This Privacy Policy

90jil may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data practices, legal obligations, or Platform features. Material changes to this Policy will be communicated to registered players by email or through a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days notice where practicable.

Your continued use of the 90jil Platform following the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
