01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the 90jil online gaming platform accessible at 90jil.cam ("the Platform"). 03 Account Registration & Verification

3.1 Account Creation

4.2 Deposits

4.3 Withdrawals

05 Bonuses & Promotions

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the express written consent of 90jil.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 90jil shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses.

90jil's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from or related to the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Amendments to Terms

90jil reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time.
